A practical guide to measuring brand reputation

On May 18 2010 The Group will host the second in a series of seminars on corporate reputation, in association with The John Madejski Centre for Reputation, Henley Business School.

The seminar will showcase academic thinking about brand reputation, hear from a practitioner about her brand journey with Aviva, discuss recent examples of 'good' brand reputation management and finally, examine the latest online techniques for measuring brand and reputation.
